Sydney Airport is approximately 10 km from the CBD. In normal traffic, the drive takes 20–25 minutes via the Eastern Distributor. During peak hour (7–9am and 4–7pm on weekdays), allow 35–50 minutes. Fridays are often the worst. Your driver monitors live traffic and uses the most efficient route.

Yes. All T1 International bookings include 90 minutes of complimentary wait time from your actual landing, to allow for immigration, baggage collection, and customs clearance. Your driver meets you in the international arrivals hall immediately after customs, holding your name board. This applies to all airlines including Qantas, Singapore, Emirates, Cathay, Air New Zealand, and all others.

Yes. Use the "Return" tab in the booking form above to book your outbound transfer at the same time. For departures, we recommend arriving at Sydney Airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. Your driver will time the pickup accordingly.
